Using Podchat

Podchat lets you listen to podcasts and ask voice questions about the episode you are currently playing. You may use the app only in a lawful manner and only for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions and billing

Podchat may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional app features or usage limits. Purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system and are billed to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, and refunds according to Apple's terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use Podchat to violate any law, interfere with the app's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service beyond what applicable law allows.

AI-generated responses

Podchat may generate synthetic voice or text responses based on podcast content and your question. These responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for general informational or entertainment purposes only. They are not professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Podchat at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Privacy

Your use of Podchat is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
